Refund Policy

At GetSurreal, each artwork is sold as part of a curated artist drop. Because these works are original, limited, collectible, and supplied by individual artists, all sales are considered final once the artwork has been delivered as described.

No Change-of-Mind Refunds

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

  • change of mind
  • buyer’s remorse
  • choosing the wrong artwork
  • a change in personal taste
  • colour, texture, or scale expectations where the artwork was accurately represented
  • delays caused by incorrect delivery information supplied by the buyer
  • requests made after the artwork has been safely delivered as described

Please make sure you are happy with the artwork, size, price, artist information, and delivery details before completing your purchase.

Artist-Led Resolution Requests

GetSurreal acts as the curator and drop platform for selected artworks. The artist remains the creator and original supplier of the work.

If you would like to request a refund, return, or exchange after delivery, you may send an inquiry to GetSurreal. We will review the request and, where appropriate, connect you with the artist or approach the artist on your behalf.

Any refund, return, exchange, or alternative arrangement is at the artist’s discretion, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Not-as-Described Artworks

If your artwork arrives damaged, incorrect, or materially different from what was advertised, please contact GetSurreal within 48 hours of delivery.

Your inquiry must include:

  • your order number
  • clear photos of the artwork and packaging
  • a short explanation of the issue
  • the delivery date

We will review the matter and liaise with the artist where needed.

Important Note

GetSurreal does not guarantee a refund, return, or exchange simply because a buyer changes their mind after receiving the artwork.

All approved resolutions will be handled case by case and must be agreed to in writing.
